BEFORE COMMISSIONNING, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE CHARACTERS/DESIGNS FOR A COMMISSION.

Altering my artwork without permission is NOT ALLOWED.

All artwork must be credited, cannot be edited to remove signs/watermarks and cannot be claimed as your own.

I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, and owners retain the rights they own for their own characters.

Reposting on social media is allowed if proper credit is given through a full name (Makimoke) and link back to this carrd or Twitter.

If any of these terms are broken, you will be reported, and listed on a public blacklist.

All Prices are in Euros (€). Taxes, Conversion and Payment Fees will be covered by the Client!

Payment can be either through PAYPAL OR KO-FI. (Other payment options can be explored, but refunds will NOT BE OFFERED for those.)

Payment is UPFRONT, and IN FULL, 24 hours after approval on first sketch.

Refunds are POSSIBLE, with the amount refunded proportional to the amount of work not done, minus repayment fees.

Refunds are NOT POSSIBLE when the final work has been finished.

For Commercial Use: A 200% Fee will be added.

1 Major Revision is offered with commission prices, as well as a few Minor Revisions. For excessive Revisions, a Revision Fee will be added.

If I have to cancel a commission and I am unable to complete it due to my bad health or some IRL issues at any state, I WILL FULLY REFUND THE CLIENT FOR THE FULL PRICE. (And will give you priority on your next commission if it happens after these problems are solved!)

I can draw: Most humanoid types (regardless of skin color), dogs/cats, small slimes, cute monsters common fantasy races (elves, dwarves), Pokémon, Nintendo characters.

I am not experienced with, but will try to draw: Realistic Monsters, Robots.

I won't draw: NSFW, Semi-NSFW, risqué poses. Bloody/Gore. Edgy/Hateful poses.
